PARTITION The dividing of common interests in real property owned jointly by two or more persons. SCHEMATICS Preliminary architectural drawings and sketches; basic layouts not containing the final details of design. ACRE A measure of land equaling 43,560 square feet; 4,840 square yards; 160 square rods. COVENANT A written agreement or promise of two or more parties by which either pledges to perform or not to perform specified acts on a property, or which specifies certain uses or non-uses of the property. PARCEL A specific portion of a larger tract; a lot. |
