PARTY WALL A wall which is located on or at a boundary line between two adjoining parcels and is used or is intended to be used by the owners of both properties in the construction or maintenance of improvements on their respective lots. EXCLUSIVE AGENCY A written listing agreement giving one agent the right to sell property for a specified time, but reserving to the owner the right to sell the property himself without payment of any commission. OPTION An agreement to keep open, over a set period, an offer to sell or purchase property. |
